Patanjali Yoga Sutra - 40

From the atom to the cosmos

Paramanuparama mahathwanthaha asya vasheekaraha

By the several practices of keeping the mind to stay as one whole without shattering into as many pieces of thoughts that it encounters, moment by moment, it gains the infinite capacity to penetrate into the subtle truth of the tiniest atom and is also able to easily comprehend the complex unfolding of the cosmos. From the microcosm to the macrocosm, such a mind is able to comprehend anything. - Swahilya Shambhavi (swahilya.soulmate@gmail.com) Fitness, Satori

Swahilya, Jeff and I were just having a conversation about how remarkable it is that the world is made up of atoms. :D

Beautiful post.

Hugs, JJ

You remind us the priceless value of simplicity and the interconnectedness of all. I am grateful for how you present this perspective. Everyone has choices about how to perceive. Yet, not everyone realizes infinite choices exist or acts to take advantage of fearlessness and boundless energy.

Welcome Liara: Everything around us, places, people and situations may seem so complex. But the actual truth is too simple and with no frills. Namaste!
