Check them with involution
Te Prati prasava heyaaha SukshmahaThe five kleshas or impurities that cloud consciousness - Avidya, Asmita, Raga Dwesha, Abhinivesha - are present in a subtle state in the human mind. These five qualities can be subdued by the process of involution. This happens when the mind that usually spends its energies outside in the field of sense attachments to the world, closes in on itself and begins to look within the source of these five impurities which is consciousness.

Hi, Long time.
Now, how is this process of involution achieved? You have Kriya Yoga to tackle Abhinivesha - are there other yogas for the other four kleshas? Or, is there a single method to subdue all the five keleshas? What are these methods?
While on the subject of Kleshas, please let me ask, how do you identify a Klesha? Sometimes it's difficult really.
Yes Well Wisher, long time indeed. Have been busy with some work on the personal front, other than blogging. Kriya Yoga or the three aspects of Tapas, Swadhyaya and Ishwara Pranidhana is the basis for tackling all the Kleshas. You can either practice one of the three or all the three and the effect is the same, to remove impurities.
In fact any aspect of Yoga - whether it is Yama, Niyama, Pranayama, Asana, Dharana, Dhyana and the resultant Samadhi is effective in removing Kleshas.
Awareness is the only way by which one can identify Kleshas. Focussing on the way we act and react to situations - awareness of our words, thoughts and actions.
Thank you.
Namaste.
